Altura Funding is a business funding consulting and advisory company. We are not a lender.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a call or contact us, we may collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Information about your business and your funding needs, such as your answers to our qualification questions (for example, the amount of funding you're looking for, your estimated credit range, time in business, business revenue, current credit limits and any credit issues you choose to share)
• Anything else you choose to tell us in a message, on a call or in a booking form

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

• Device and browser information, such as IP address, browser type and operating system
• Pages you view, links you click, the page that referred you to us, and the date and time of your visit
• Advertising and campaign details, such as UTM parameters and ad click identifiers (for example, a Meta or Google click ID)

We collect this through cookies, pixels and similar technologies (see Section 5).

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:

• Service providers. Companies that help us run our business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, scheduling and calendar tools, email and phone providers, website hosting, and advertising and analytics tools (for example, the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Lending and funding partners, only with your consent. If you become a client and ask us to pursue funding for you, we may share the information needed for that purpose with third-party lenders or funding providers. We do this only with your consent.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, court order or government request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Altura Funding, our clients or others.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Text messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Sharing with service providers that help us deliver our messaging service (such as our messaging platform or customer support tools) is permitted.

The Site uses cookies, pixels, tags and scripts to make the Site work, remember your choices, understand how visitors use the Site and measure our advertising. This includes the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, which send information about your visit and actions on the Site (such as submitting a form or booking a call) to Meta so we can measure and improve our ads.

• Calls: ask us on the call or contact us to stop calling you.
• Access, correction and deletion: you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@alturafunding.com. We may need to keep some information where the law requires it or for a legitimate business purpose.

The Site is for business owners and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may link to websites we don't control, such as booking or payment pages run by third parties. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. Changes take effect when posted.
